Delivery & Returns


March 2020 – update

During these uncertain times due to COVID-19 delivery times maybe longer than normal, so please bear with us. Orders will be despatched weekly to avoid trips to the post office. Some items are in stock and ready to be shipped in 2-3 days where as other items may be made to order, in this case between 5-7 days before shipping. The shipping times can be found next to each product.

If you would like your order be delivered directly to your recipient please add their address to the delivery section, no delivery invoice will be sent with the order. We also offer a complimentary personalised message to be added to your order, this can be made at the shipping information page under 'other comments'.

Your jewellery will be beautifully gift presented in branded Silver Birch grey jewellery boxes or a cotton gift bag. Every care will be made so you receive a quality service.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been despatched along with your tracking number.

Items are sent via Royal Mail Signed For or First Class, currently Royal Mail are signing on your behalf and posting directly through your door.




If your purchase does not meet your expectations please return it to us, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, for a refund or exchange. Please remember to include your contact details and reason for return.

To make a return please complete contact form to obtain authorisation and a returns address.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised jewellery or items made to order, unless faulty. For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Personal commissions: Full payment for all commissions will need to be paid in advance before production is to commence. In the event that an order is cancelled within 7 days by the client a fee of 35% of the total order will be retained by Silver Birch Jewellery.

We recommend that you request proof of posting, which can be obtained by using either Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery. Silver Birch is not responsible for damage or loss in transit.

These terms do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
