When will my order be shipped?

Your item of jewellery is made just for you so please allow up to 10 days for your beautiful jewellery to be personally made and shipped to you. However we do normally process orders a lot quicker than this so if you do require you item a lot soon please do contact me to let me know.

Do you ship to international countries?

We currently do not ship orders outside the United Kingdom.

How do I order and pay?

Simply browse our online shop, add your item(s) to your cart and complete checkout.

Silver Birch online shop is supported by Credit Card payments, PayPal or Google Pay payment is processed safely and securely.

How will my order be sent?

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class or Signed For service and will require a signature upon delivery. A tracking number will be added to you order once it has been shipped.

Can my order be sent straight to my recipient?

Yes, make sure you add the correct shipping address for your order.

Can I send a personalised message with the order?

If you are ordering as a gift make sure you add a message to go with your order. This can be added during checkout in the 'other comments' box after adding the shipping address.

How should I clean my jewellery?

Silver polishing cloths are ideal to keep your jewellery looking it’s best. Simply rub over your jewellery on a regular basis to bring your silver back to life. A complimentary care card will be sent with your order and provide you will all the advice and tips for keeping your jewellery looking it's best.

What is my Silver Birch jewellery made from?

All items from Silver Birch Jewellery are made from 925 sterling silver. All items that weigh over 7.79g of silver need to be hallmarked. Items under this weight do not need to carry a hallmark. The hallmark dealer's notice can be view here.

Will my order be gift presented?

All orders from Silver Birch are packed with care and attention. Jewellery is presented in branded grey Silver Birch boxes or pretty cotton gift bags. 

Can I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your jewellery or have simply changed your mind you are entitled to return your order within 14 days of it arriving with you. Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised jewellery or items made to order, unless faulty. For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are also non-returnable unless faulty.
